To claim £350 off the cost of your new EO home charging point, simply order it with us, provide us with your relevant documentation and our team will submit the application on your behalf! If you qualify, the full grant amount will be deducted from the total cost of your installed home charger.

Non-standard installations may incur an additional cost. Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch to better understand your requirements and produce a no-obligation quote for the additional works. If you decide not to proceed, a full refund will be provided.

All EO Charging products must be installed by an EO Approved installer, this is to ensure that the product is installed correctly and that you've got access to a reliable and easy to use charger.

Please note that if you do not use an EO Approved Installer then the smart features of your charger will remain locked and the warranty will be invalid. We are also unable to provide support through the installation process for a charger where non-EO Approved Installers are used.

We recommend that EO Approved Installers include a Garo earthing device (product sold separately at a discount through EO) for all home installs, negating the need for an earth rod when fitting your charging unit. The device meets the latest wiring regulations in place and is part of our standard installation package which covers the majority of homes in the UK.

All our tethered chargers come with a 5m long cable as standard as it's a good compromise between ease of use and ease of storage. That said, 7.5m and 10m cable length are available for the tethered EO Basic which can be ordered directly through to our team when booking your installation.

Please note that longer cables are not available for the EO Mini and EO Mini Pro 2 as the small size of the unit has been specifically designed to carry the weight of a 5m cable.

To claim £350 per charger, for up to 40 chargers at your Workplace, apply to OLEV for your voucher, then send it to us and we will do the rest.

RFID is an optional extra with the EO Genius - employees or drivers with an authenticated EO RFID tag can start their charger by tapping the LED on the front of the charger.

Please be aware that not all EO Genius units are compatible and you will need to inform our Sales team that this is an addtional required functionality at the point of sale.
